### About Me

I am a mathematician currently postdocing (Assistant Research Professor is the name here) at athe University of Connecticut. During my PhD at the University of Toronto, I was a member of the Homological Methods Seminar under the supervision of Ragnar-Olaf Buchweitz. This shaped my research interests: representation theory, commutative algebra, singularity theory etc. After Ragnar passed away, I started working with Graham Leuschke while staying officially as a graduate student at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Joel Kamnitzer. My PhD thesis is about the annihilation of cohomology over Gorenstein rings and a paper coming out of it is accepted to the Journal of Algebra. I am still thinking about questions on this topic. On the other hand, I am thinking about the dominant dimension of an order over a Cohen-Macaulay ring inside the MCM category. A paper on this subject is expected to be on arxiv at the end of this summer.
