On the Final Project

You have worked very well throughout the Project Checkpoints and now you are getting to the end of the semester. The only thing that is left is the Final submission which is due May 1st.

  • If you are working on a project with multiple people: You should write an essay together, combining your work from Project Checkpoint 3 and building on them.
  • If you are working on a project with multiple people: Your essay should have a common introduction where each member contributes. The essay should read like an essay, not a “combination of project checkpoints”.
  • You should write a “final thoughts” section which talks about
    • What you thought about this project,
    • What you found the coolest in the research you made,
    • What topics of linear algebra you learned in the class were present in this research.
  • You do not have to worry about “styling”. You can use double space, single space etc. I prefer that you make it at least 5 pages. Make it something you enjoy.
  • You should include the references but you do not have to worry about “bibliography style”.
  • If you want a feedback, send me a message on Teams and I will look at it quickly and give you feedback.
  • If you have more questions, let me know and I will update this page.
